Payments and Refunds

To confirm the service order, payments should be done right away in order to arrange the entire conceptualized services ahead of time to prevent delays and other issues. Payments can be done directly through the official website or authorized third party platforms approved by the company. Customer initiated payment reversals will be given time to reprocess the payment not less than 24hrs before the scheduled start time, otherwise, Ecotravelers will automatically consider the booking as voided unless there is a special agreement/arrangement duly approved by the Manager.

Once the customer confirms the booking of service, it will then be considered binding contract.  Cancellation refunds will depend on the guidelines below.

  1. 20% will be charged from the total amount as a cancellation fee if the customer fails to cancel the tour more than 24hrs before the tour is scheduled to start.
  2. If the customer decides to cancel the tour less than 24hours or prematurely stops the tour at their preference, the tour will still be considered “completed” and NO REFUND will be granted.
  3. Customer is entitled to receive FULL REFUND (a)if it’s a company’s decision to cancel the service order for some valid reasons, (b) if it is an advice of the government authorities and, (c) health and safety reasons.
