Siquijor

Siquijor is an island province in the Central Visayas Region of the Philippines. It is the smallest province in the region and the third smallest in the country. It is bounded by Cebu to the northwest, Bohol to the northeast, Camiguin Island to the east, mainland Mindanao to the south, and Negros Island to the west. During the Spanish colonial period, the island was called Isla del Fuego or the “Island of Fire”. Siquijor is considered by many Filipinos to be a mystical island with supernatural phenomena.
